Collapsible Bollard System

The innovative system allows pedestrians and authorized vehicles access to restricted areas while keeping unauthorized vehicles out. This 3-Post bollard system can be used for hiking/biking trails, parking lots, or playgrounds.

The standard system is equipped with three tubular steel security posts. The center post is collapsible. The 5" x 3" posts are black with white logo and striping.

The center post features a "tilt-down" mechanism, whereby the upper section of the post is lowered only for authorized vehicles. The center post remains attached to the in-ground station. The down position is only 5" above grade, allowing even police cruisers to pass over. Upon leaving the site, the center post is lifted and locked back into place. No locks or special tools are needed, so trained staff can proceed quickly and safely.
